We're still here to help

The Health District has made some changes as a result of COVID-19. Although our main offices are closed, many of our services are still available to help you by phone or teleconferencing, including Mental Health and Substance Use Connections and CAYAC, Larimer Health Connect, Prescription Assistance, Advance Care Planning, Improve Blood Pressure program, and the Quit Tobacco program. The Family Dental Clinic is now open for routine and emergency appointments. Call 970-224-5209 for more information about our services.
