The Health District has made some changes as a result of COVID-19. Although our main offices are closed, many of our services are still available to help you by phone or teleconferencing, including Mental Health and Substance Use Connections and CAYAC, Larimer Health Connect, Prescription Assistance, Advance Care Planning, and the Quit Tobacco program. The Family Dental Clinic is open and seeing patients with dental emergencies only.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by COVID-19 and need someone to talk to, call Connections at 970-221-5551, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., daily. COVID emotional support services are available at no charge.
