Program Specialist - Facilities / Compliance

The Program Specialist - Facilities/Compliance will provide project and administrative support to the Facilities and Compliance teams. This position performs data input, sets up meetings and logistics, takes detailed meeting notes, organizes communications, creates presentations and visuals, conducts project-related research, and other activities as assigned.
Hiring Range and Status
- $21.15 - $23.80 per hour DOQ
- 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a directly related field, or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities strongly desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee record keeping, distribution of materials, management of supplies, and other types of administrative/programmatic systems.
- Provide project support assisting in coordination, organization, and other relevant tasks required, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
