We're Hiring: Compassionate Dental Assistant
As a dedicated Dental Assistant, you will be an essential part of our dental team, helping us deliver top-quality care to our patients. We pride ourselves on scheduling based on patient needs—not productivity—so you can focus on delivering the best care without the pressure of quotas.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $22.74 to $25.58 per hour (depending on qualifications)
- Additional 3% pay differential for Bilingual
- Full-Time Stability: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (Hours vary based on clinic needs)
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant training program
- Radiology certification
- CPR certification (ability to obtain/maintain)
- Willingness to meet requirements for a surgical assistant role with our General Anesthesia Program (GAP)
- OSHA training (or willingness to obtain/maintain)
- Direct patient care experience in a clinical setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired

- Sterilization
- Lab procedures
- Taking x-rays

Must comply with infection control policies for this position. Requirements include providing documentation of MMR, Varicella, Tdap and Hep B (Hep B is optional, but strongly recommended) immunizations and compliance with tuberculosis training, screening, and testing on hire.
