Are you proficient with analytic tools and platforms? The Health District is seeking a Data Analyst I to join our team. The Analyst plays a key role in helping programs, leadership, and community partners improve performance, equity and outcomes through data. This position coordinates and implements standard-to-moderately complex analytic projects and supports community health assessment.

- 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday (Exempt)
- Primarily office-based with occasional meaningful community engagement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, statistics, data analytics, epidemiology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, demonstrated ability, and skills in health data, analytics, or reporting.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience level
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, improve and maintain analytic queries, calculations, reports and visualizations that support program evaluation, service quality, strategic planning, and decision-making.
- Distill and translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear, usable insights for non-technical audiences including staff, board members, and the community.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in data analytics.
