Controller/Finance Officer

The Health District is seeking a Controller/Finance Officer who will be responsible for multiple functions and consistently works with abstract ideas or situations. This position plans, implements, directs, and oversees all of the operations of the Finance Department, including but not limited to accounting, payroll, budget preparation and oversight, regulation compliance, cash and investment management, internal control design and compliance, financial risk management, and financial planning functions for the Health District.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or greater in accounting, finance, public administration, business administration, management, or related field with 5 - 10 years of experience.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with 10 - 12 years of experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience level.
