Michael currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives within the Department of Human Resources for Fairfax County Virginia. Prior to that, Michael served as a Director within the Office of Strategy Management for Health & Human Services (HHS) for the County and as the Deputy Director of Administrative Operations within the County’s Community Services Board (Behavioral Health Agency). For ten years Michael served in various director level roles at the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors Research Institute in Virginia. Michael holds a Master’s in Public Health from the Boston University School of Public Health and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford.

Since 2019, Scott has served as the Executive Director for the Alliance for Suicide Prevention of Larimer County. Currently, Scott also leads GRAM, Getting Real About Marijuana, which facilitates therapeutic harm reduction in youth. Scott has also provided services as a Restorative Justice Facilitator, Mediator, and Trainer. Scott holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelors in Sociology and Human Services from Fort Lewis College.

Christina has served as the Chief Executive Officer for the Early Childhood Council of Larimer County since 2019. Prior to that she served as the Women and Infant Health Program Manager, and for a time the Interim Title V Director, for the Wyoming Department of Health within the Maternal and Child Health Unit. Before that Christina served as a Program Consultant, Lead Evaluator, and Culturally Competent Care (C3) Trainer for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services within the Division of Public Health’s Communicable Diseases Section. Christina holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Colorado State University’s Colorado School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Maryland.

Robert is currently a Senior Advisor on Special Projects for Hobson & McReynolds, LLC. Recently, Robert served as the Executive Director of Boulder County’s Housing and Human Services Department, the Chief Policy and Program Officer for Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services’ Bureau of Behavioral Health, the Chief Accountability Officer for the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, the Deputy Director for Walworth County Health And Human Services, and as a Bureau Director within the division of Child Protective Services for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Family Services. Robert has a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Science in Government Accountancy from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
