If you or someone you care about is struggling with mental health or substance use challenges, we offer answers, options and support. Our programs connect you with the right care at the right time, so you never have to navigate the system alone.

Connections: adult services

Connections helps you find support for concerns like depression, anxiety, trauma or substance use disorder. Services include:

  • Needs assessments: Understanding your unique situation and challenges
  • Information and referrals: Connecting you to the right resources
  • Care coordination: Helping you navigate the system and access services
  • Short-term interventions: Providing immediate support when you need it most

We also connect you to reduced-cost counseling and other resources to ensure you get the help you need.

CAYAC: youth & young adult services

CAYAC (Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Connections) supports young people up to age 18 (or those in high school) and their families. We focus on early identification and treatment of mental health concerns and trauma in children through:

  • Assessments and testing: Identifying challenges early to provide timely support
  • School partnerships: Collaborating with local schools to offer comprehensive care

Our goal is to ensure children and young adults receive the support they need to grow and succeed.
