Boundaries and eligibility

We serve the northern portion of Larimer County, extending from the Wyoming state line south to a boundary line running between Fort Collins and Loveland. The district spans from the Jackson County line in the west to the Weld County line in the east.

Communities within our district include:

  • Fort Collins, Timnath, Laporte Wellington, Bellvue, Livermore, Red Feather Lakes and Virginia Dale
  • Parts of Windsor
  • Mountain communities of Stove Prairie, Poudre Park and Rustic

Areas outside our boundaries include Loveland, Berthoud, Masonville, Drake, Glen Haven and Estes Park.

Larimer Health Connect

Health insurance guidance through Larimer Health Connect is free for all Colorado residents. No matter your income or situation, our coverage guides are here to help you find the right insurance solution at no cost.

Mental Health Connections

Mental Health Connections, which includes Child, Adolescent and Young Adult Connections (CAYAC), offers a range of services to fit different needs and budgets:

  • Some services are free.
  • Some are offered on a sliding fee scale, which means you pay based on what you can afford.
  • Additional financial assistance may be available for those who qualify.
