Dr. Robert Gartland, DDS

DentistDr. Gartland provides precise and thoughtful dental care so that every patient leaves with a healthier smile. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and completed advanced training at the Marillac Clinic. He has served the Health District community since 2012.
“I work with patients to make sure they feel seen and heard and are partners in their care. I love to draw and create art, so I enjoy working with my hands. I love science and enjoy working with people. Dentistry seemed like the right mix of all of this.”

Dr. Alyssa Gruba, DDS

DentistDr. Gruba focuses on public health dentistry, so all community members can access the care they deserve. She graduated with a Distinction in Dental Public Health from The University of Iowa College of Dentistry and received the International College of Dentists Student Humanitarian Award.
“I’m committed to making sure my patients feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits and throughout all procedures. After learning about the different aspects of dentistry and knowing that my special skill set could have a direct impact on patients, I decided to pursue a career in dentistry.”

Dr. Kelly Halligan, DDS
DentistDr. Halligan brings 26 years of practice experience to our clinic, giving patients expert, comprehensive care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry and holds a Master of Public Health degree. To expand her service to patients, she completed advanced training in hospital dentistry and special care dentistry. Dr. Halligan also educates the next generation of dental professionals as a teacher and mentor for the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Selissa Mantas, DMD
DentistDr. Mantas delivers calm, reassuring care so patients with dental anxiety feel safe during their visits. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Illinois Chicago. Since 2015, she has dedicated her career to public health clinics to ensure equitable access to oral healthcare.
“I became a dentist to improve the health of patients through thoughtful, collaborative treatment planning and disease prevention. I aim to decrease the anxiety and stress sometimes associated with dental care.”

Caitlyn Mudroch, RDH
Registered Dental HygienistCaitlyn has worked in dentistry for 13 years and earned her Registered Dental Hygienist degree from Ferris State University. She’s a certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and member of the Front Range Community College (FRCC) dental advisory committee.
“My goal as a dental hygienist is to make every patient feel comfortable, heard and at ease. I take a gentle, patient-centered approach and always explain what I’m doing so there are no surprises. Your comfort and trust are just as important to me as your oral health.”

Jadyn Parkinson, RDH
Registered Dental HygienistJadyn provides gentle preventive care so patients understand how to maintain their oral health at home. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University and brings five years of clinical experience to our team.
“I became a hygienist to help people feel good about their smile and empowered with knowledge of how their own body works. I love getting to know each of my patients and making them comfortable in the dental chair. I also like my patients to get to know things about me, like I run a book club and have a frog named Apple.”

Piper Sullivan, RDH
Registered Dental HygienistPiper earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry with a specialization in Public Health. Piper is deeply passionate about improving overall health through preventive care and education. She takes pride in connecting with patients from all backgrounds and building trust within the community, helping individuals feel more informed and confident about their oral health.

Jenn Clark, PRN
Registered Dental HygienistJenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University. A Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in Dental Hygiene and Local Anesthetics since 2009, Jenn brings 10 years of expertise and genuine enthusiasm to her role. She became a dental hygienist because of her deep passion for connecting with patients and educating them on how to optimize their oral health. Jenn creates a welcoming environment and empowers her patients with knowledge for lasting oral health.
