We're with you every step of the way. Our specialists will:
- Review coverage options: We’ll help you explore plans that fit your needs and budget.
- Determine eligibility: We’ll check if you qualify for programs like Health First Colorado (Medicaid), CHP+ (Child Health Plan Plus) or Medicare.
- Assist with financial aid: If your job-based health insurance is more than 8.39% of your income, or if adding your partner or family costs too much, we can help. We’ll find financial assistance through Connect for Health Colorado and help you apply for affordable Colorado Connect plans.

Prescription assistance
Our Prescription Assistance Program helps make medications more affordable for northern Larimer County residents with limited income who don't have prescription coverage. Look to us for medication vouchers and help determining eligibility if you’re applying for drug company assistance programs.
