The Health District offers a 6-session stop-smoking program that is straightforward, entertaining and supportive — never any guilt or shame.
Our stop-smoking coaches help adults reclaim their natural freedom from tobacco using free nicotine patches, gum or lozenges, as appropriate, and more than 30 proven techniques for quitting.
Take part in a class, or enjoy individual or couples sessions at your own pace.
The next Step Free class runs Thursdays, 6 - 7:30 p.m., beginning April 1.
If you live in northern Larimer County, the cost is $10-$100, depending on your household income. A $5-$50 rebate is awarded to residents of northern Larimer County who attend all 6 sessions.
