What Will It Take?: Solutions to Mental Health Service Gaps in Larimer County
More than 60,000 of our family members, neighbors and co-workers are suffering from mental illness or addiction. That’s enough to fill every seat and the entire field of the new football stadium at Colorado State University. And yet, only a fraction of them actually get the treatment they need to recover. We can do better.
The Health District, in conjunction with the Mental Health and Substance Use Alliance (MHSU Alliance) of Larimer County, has studied the problem and made recommendations for new and expanded care options to help more residents and families. The recommendations are contained in a new report, “What Will it Take? Solutions to Mental Health Service Gaps in Larimer County.” To get a copy, contact the Health District at 970-224-5209 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
