We're still here to helpAlthough our main offices are closed because of COVID-19, almost all of our services are still available to help you by phone, videoconference, or (in many cases) in-person appointment. This includes Mental Health and Substance Use Connections (Adult Services), Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Connections (CAYAC), Larimer Health Connect, Prescription Assistance, Advance Care Planning, Improving Blood Pressure program, and the Quit Tobacco program. If you feel we could best meet your needs with an in-person appointment, please contact the program to see if arrangements can be made. The Family Dental Clinic is open 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. to provide routine care by appontment. Emergency appointments are available daily. The Health District of Northern Larimer County is a public agency that has been meeting local healthcare needs since 1960. Today we provide residents of northern Larimer County with dental, mental health and preventive health services, in addition to connecting people to more affordable health insurance and prescription options.
