Health District of Northern Larimer County
COVID vaccineThe Health District does not currently have COVID-19 vaccine available to the general public. In future weeks, we hope to make vaccine available to a small number of eligible clients and front-line health-care workers. In the meantime, vaccine supply will change week to week and is extremely limited. If you are interested in receiving a vaccine at the Health District, please fill out this form. We will notify you by phone or e-mail if or when you are eligible to make an appointment. Until then, we recommend you continue to check in with other local providers listed here. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that in the future we will be able to offer vaccination to more of our community!
