SUMMARY:Red Feather Connection Cafe and Resource Fair
DESCRIPTION:The Larimer County Department of Health and Environment is hosting a Connection Cafe Resource Fair on December 18\, bringing local organizations and community resources together to support the health and well-being of Red Feather Lakes residents. \nThe Health District will be there to share information about our services\, including affordable dental and behavioral health care and help navigating health insurance. A health coverage guide from our Larimer Health Connect team will also be available to answer questions and provide on-site enrollment assistance\, including help exploring health insurance plans through Connect for Health Colorado. \nOther participating organizations will offer vaccinations\, blood pressure screenings\, well-water testing\, 4-H resources and more. \nThe event will take place alongside the local food pantry\, which will be open from noon to 3 p.m. The resource fair is free to attend and refreshments will be provided!
