Thinking of quitting? Our stop-smoking coaches help adults reclaim their natural freedom from tobacco, using free nicotine patches, gum or lozenges, as appropriate. The coaches also show you proven techniques for quitting.
Our program is known for its straightforward, entertaining and supportive approach – never any fear, guilt or shame. Take part in a group (class), or enjoy individual or couples sessions at your own pace.

Fees
For
residents of the Health District (northern
Larimer County), fees for the six-session program range from $10 - $100,
depending on income. Also, if you are a Health District resident and you
complete the program, you will get half of your fee back. People who live
outside the Health District may still be eligible for the program, but must
pay the full price of $100 and do not qualify for the rebate. Call
224-5209 for a free, initial session with no obligation.
Staff
Our smoking cessation
program is staffed by trained health educators, with
support from our registered nurses and
registered dietitians.
