Our program is known for its straightforward, entertaining and supportive approach – never any fear, guilt or shame. Take part in a group (class), or enjoy individual or couples sessions at your own pace.

Our next class will be on Thursday evenings, 6 - 7:30 p.m., January 12 February 16.
Register online, or call 224-5209.
