Noon quit-tobacco class starts March 4

A new six-week Step Free from Tobacco class begins Wednesday, March 4,  at the Health District, 120 Bristlecone Drive, Fort Collins. This is an afternoon class that runs noon to 1:30 p.m.

The class lasts six weeks and includes free nicotine patches, gum or lozenges for up to three months. It is led by a master-level certified tobacco treatment specialist.

The cost for residents of the Health District is $10-$100 per person, depending on income.  Out-of-district residents pay $100. A "buddy discount" of 25 percent is available for district residents who enroll in the program with a friend or relative.
