Grape & Broccoli Salad

1 cup broccoli florets

1 Tablespoon chopped walnuts (optional)

1/4 cup red seedless grapes

2 Tablespoons chopped celery

1 Tablespoon green onions (scallions)

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons vinegar

1 Tablespoon light mayonnaise

 

Combine broccoli, walnuts, grapes, celery and green onions. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and mayonnaise. Slowly stir in vinegar. Toss with salad. Refrigerate.
