Lin Wilder is the coordinator of the Connections program. Connections is a local mental health and substance abuse resource center. It is a partnership of the Health District and Larimer Center for Mental Health. Lin has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Ore.
