The Fort Collins Lions Club has donated $2,500 to the Health District’s Diabetic Supply Assistance Program. Supported mostly by community donations and coordinated by Prescription Assistance staff, the program provides glucometers, test strips and other diabetic supplies to uninsured residents with low incomes.
