| TOPIC: Prescription Assistance program has openings |
| The Health District’s Prescription Assistance program is accepting new clients. The service is open to Health District residents (northern Larimer County) as well as residents in other areas of the county whose physicians are affiliated with Poudre Valley Health System. It serves people who do not have insurance for prescriptions and meet household income guidelines. The program offers two types of help: vouchers to buy prescriptions at local pharmacies; and assistance applying for drug company programs that provide free or low-cost prescriptions.
