Jill Golke, Project Manager
Jill has been with the Partnership since October 2007. She works closely with the Partnership chairperson, the Health District's executive director, consultants, subcommittee chairs and project staff to assess community need, create solutions, develop and implement plans for change and evaluate project impact. She plans for and facilitates the project's multiple monthly and ad hoc meetings. Jill is responsible for overall project management and coordination.

Amber DeNooy, Project Specialist I
Amber has been with the Partnership since February 2003. She is responsible for managing the Partnership's budget, developing and disseminating project communications, organizing and coordinating project evaluation activities, directing support staff, and supporting the Project Manager. She also coordinates education for the faith community and the depression in the workplace campaign.

Janelle Patrias, Project Specialist II
Janelle is responsible for researching evidence-based treatment for people with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. She coordinates the Partnership's efforts to improve services for people with co-occurring disorders.

Kadie Leonhardt, Project Specialist II
Kadie is responsible for coordinating the Education subcommittee and for all other education needs of the Partnership. She also works on special projects as needed.
