The Partnership is composed of a 23-member Steering Committee and seven subcommittees, each with 7 to 17 members. Other task groups are formed on an as-needed basis.
The Steering Committee includes directors from key mental health and substance abuse agencies, consumer advocates, representatives from the criminal justice system and the school system, and liaisons from state offices.
